We’re away from the mill for the day in the Vermont State Capitol, Montpelier. A little over a month ago the town was hit by extreme flooding which devastated the downtown. Peggy interviews Mary Margaret, owner of Notion, a sewing and knitting shop in downtown Montpelier that was struck during the floods. They discuss the path forward as she looks to reopen her shop.
